Products Description
The TY turbine oil filtration system removes water, dissolved gases and solid contaminants from turbine lubricants through vacuum dehydration and multi-stage depth filtration. It uses progressively graded filter elements that trap mechanical impurities down to 5 µm absolute, restoring oil cleanliness to NAS 1638 Class 6. The system is built for indoor installation in power plants, turbine halls and maintenance workshops where turbine oil is processed on a regular schedule.
Advantages
- Multi-stage filtration with graded element density. Filter elements are arranged in progressively finer stages, with coarse media catching larger debris first and fine media trapping the remaining particles.
- Continuous operation with low noise. The system runs for up to 150 hours without stopping, which covers the full duration of a turbine overhaul or a planned maintenance window. Operating noise is held to 65–80 dB(A), low enough for a turbine hall or workshop where personnel are present throughout the shift.
