ZYD-W is a fully enclosed double-stage vacuum transformer oil purifier, featured with a weather-proof, dust and water-resistant enclosure. Designed by integrating advanced domestic and international technologies, this transformer oil treatment plant is dedicated to dehydration and degasification of transformer oil, as well as the purification of other electrical insulating liquids like silicone fluids.

The ZYD-W processing system effectively improves and maintains the dielectric strength of insulating oil by removing free and soluble water, free and dissolved air and gases, and other particulate impurities.

The standard ZYD-W system is suitable for oil processing in workshops, storage tanks, or directly in transformers (both energized and de-energized). As a versatile equipment, the ZYD-W series can also serve as an independent vacuum source, providing vacuum drying and vacuum oiling functions for electrical equipment. This transformer oil treatment plant is engineered to adapt to various on-site working conditions, meeting the oil purification needs of different electrical equipment scenarios.

  2. Realizes one-pass or multi-pass degassing, dehydration and filtration for various insulation oils used in electrical transformers and circuit breakers.
  3. Equipped with two vacuum pumps (a primary vacuum pump and a Roots booster pump), which greatly improves the vacuum degree and ensures the water content of the treated oil is less than 3 PPM.
  4. Configured with an automatic Anti-Foam Control System to avoid foam interference during the oil treatment process and ensure stable operation.
  5. Built-in integrated control and safety devices, providing maximum operational security for on-site use.
  6. Optimized degassing process with an excellent efficiency factor, effectively minimizing power consumption and reducing operational costs.
  7. Adopts standardized filter housing matching 5 micron, 20 micron and 80 micron filter cartridges, meeting different precision filtration requirements.
  8. Realizes automatic supervision of the contamination degree of fine filter cartridges, facilitating timely replacement and maintenance.
  9. Can independently perform vacuum evacuation for electrical equipment such as transformers, and complete vacuum drying and vacuum oil injection for electrical equipment under vacuum conditions.

10. Equipped with double-infrared liquid automatic controller and pressure automatic-protector, supporting 150 hours of unmanned continuous online operation with high reliability and automation.

11. Adopts an interlocked protective system connecting oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, effectively avoiding dry heating, idle pumping, oil leak and electricity leak; the equipment will automatically power off in case of any fault, preventing secondary damage.

12. Supports on-site live line work, and integrates the functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling, greatly improving on-site operation efficiency.
