Features:
• 1. TYA features a three-stage filtration system, with fine filter elements removing nominal 5-micron particles and customizable to 1-micron high-precision level, ensuring high filtration accuracy while offering high dirt-holding capacity.
• 2. The equipment integrates 3D evaporation and multi-stage oil-water separation technologies, achieving simultaneous dehydration and degassing under low-temperature vacuum conditions (moisture reduced to below 100ppm, gas content from approximately 12% saturation to below 0.2%).
• 3. The whole unit is manufactured from high-quality carbon steel with anti-rust surface treatment, featuring rugged and durable construction. It provides both online and offline operation modes and can be used with PL Series Plate Pressure Oil Purifier, achieving continuous filtration at the lowest operating cost.
