The TYA-W vacuum dehydration and filtration unit adopts IP54 weatherproof housing, suitable for open yards, cleaning areas and humid workshops without extra shelter. Features
- IP54 sealed enclosure. Gasketed doors and sealed cable glands keep water spray, dust and damp air away from the vacuum pump, heater and controls. The waste oil purifier machine can be hosed down during plant cleaning and operates outdoors without a shelter.
- The waste oil purifier machine with vacuum dehydration and demulsification. A vacuum chamber at -0.06 to -0.096 MPa strips free, emulsified and dissolved water down to 100 ppm or below, breaking stable emulsions and restoring oil clarity to prevent pump and valve corrosion.
- Depth filter elements with extended dirt-holding capacity. 5 µm absolute cartridges trap more sludge and metal fines before reaching change-out pressure, reducing consumable costs and labor.
FAQ
Does the IP54 rating mean the machine can work under continuous heavy rain all day?
A: IP54 protects against splashing rain and dust. It works outdoors without extra canopy, but long-term direct exposure to sustained heavy downpour is not recommended to prolong service life.
Can I customize finer filter cartridges for stricter oil cleanliness requirements?
A: Standard configuration is 5μm filter elements. We support swapping to 3μm or 1μm precision filter cartridges on request to meet higher NAS cleanliness standards.
What anti-corrosion options are available for coastal factories with salt mist?
