Products Description
The TYA series is professionally engineered for centralized recycling and remediation of contaminated industrial lubricants. Adopting advanced three-dimensional thin-film vacuum separation and multi-depth precision filtration technology, it efficiently removes free water, stubborn emulsified moisture, dissolved gas, metal debris, sludge and fine particulate pollutants from used hydraulic oil, gear lubricant, turbine oil and other heavy-duty industrial circulating oils.
The system operates steadily within a low-temperature working range of 45–65°C, realizing thorough dehydration and degassing without causing base oil cracking, thermal oxidation or additive failure. It effectively restores degraded waste oil to its original operational cleanliness and lubrication performance, enabling large-volume oil reuse, minimizing new oil procurement expenditure and reducing hazardous waste oil disposal volume.
Application Scenarios
This waste oil recovery system is specially designed for centralized batch recovery of waste lubricants, suitable for scenarios where large quantities of oil are replaced regularly and need professional remediation and reuse:
- Mining, Port and Construction Machinery Fleets: Regular replacement of hydraulic oil and gearbox oil generates large amounts of waste oil. This waste oil recovery system realizes on-site centralized regeneration to reduce external waste oil outsourcing costs.
- Steel Plants and Metallurgical Workshops: Hydraulic systems, rolling mill transmission and roller lubrication systems are prone to water ingress and scale pollution. The waste oil recovery system thoroughly remulsifies and purifies deteriorated oil for cyclic reuse.
