The unit integrates high-vacuum thin-film evaporation dehydration, deep degassing and graded multi-stage precision filtration systems. When fitted with the optional two-stage vacuum unit, it reduces water content in insulating oil to ≤3 ppm and gas content to below 0.1%. The treated oil meets ISO cleanliness standards for ultra-high voltage transformer acceptance and fully restores the dielectric breakdown performance of aged insulating oil.

Combined with integrated vacuum drying and vacuum oil filling capabilities, the machine eliminates the need for extra auxiliary equipment. It supports both energized online oil purification and offline in-depth transformer maintenance, covering full cycle operations including new transformer commissioning, routine upkeep and emergency breakdown repair. This effectively shortens grid power outage duration and lowers labor costs.
