A1: Suitable oils: hydraulic oil, turbine oil, gear oil, refrigeration oil, compressor oil, general machine lubricant, quenching oil, anti-wear industrial oil.
Q2: How many circulation runs are needed to clean a tank of emulsified hydraulic oil?
A2: The required cycles change depending on tank size and oil contamination level. Regular emulsified hydraulic oil meets standard quality after one or two full circulations. Oil with severe emulsification needs three to four runs to reach qualified condition.
Q3: What safety protections come as standard? Does it come with moving wheels?
A3: Full interlock protections are fitted as standard, including overheating protection, low oil level protection, overpressure protection and automatic defoaming function. Medium and small units are equipped with brake casters by default; heavy-duty models can be customized with trailer frames.
