TYA hydraulic oil filtering unit is equipped with stainless steel fine filter elements, standardly removing 5-micron particles and customizable to 1-micron level, ensuring purified hydraulic oil meets NAS Class 6 cleanliness standards or higher. Using thin-film evaporation technology, the equipment simultaneously removes trace moisture and gases (gas content can be reduced to below 0.2%) under low-temperature vacuum conditions, effectively preventing oil oxidation and bubble erosion. Long-term use significantly reduces wear rates of hydraulic components, preserving equipment machining precision.

• 1. The TYA hydraulic oil filtering unit applies three-stage coarse-medium-fine filtration with stainless steel fine filter elements. This hydraulic oil filtering unit removes 5-micron particles as standard, adjustable to 1 micron, to keep hydraulic oil at nas class 6 cleanliness or better.
• 2. Fitted with 3D and thin-film evaporation, the hydraulic oil filtering unit strips trace water and dissolved gas under low-temp vacuum, cutting gas content below 0.2%.

• 3. The dual purification setup fits precision hydraulics including injection molders and cnc lathes, stopping servo valve jamming and oil oxidation to sustain consistent machining accuracy.
