The TYA-Ex Hydraulic Oil Processing unit removes moisture, acids and oxidation sludge from aged insulating oils by combining vacuum dehydration, degassing and adsorbent regeneration, and can be installed as a fixed oil-treatment station or moved to the transformer for on-site service.

Features
- An oil level control module keeps feed and discharge balanced during unattended runs. In a vacuum chamber handling hot oil, foam that reaches the pump can cause damage and interrupt the batch, so built-in anti-foam elements collapse foam before it leaves the vessel, protecting the vacuum pump and maintaining a steady dewatering rate.
- Sensors on level, temperature and vacuum are interlocked with the heater circuit, cutting power if any reading drifts outside the safe range, which eliminates dry heating and prevents oil from being pulled through to the vacuum pump.
- A single-button PLC start controls the heating ramp, vacuum pull-down and oil circulation, producing the same purification result every cycle without relying on operator judgement.
