ZYD-M Outdoor Mobile Transformer Oil Dielectric Oil Filtration System
ZYD-M is a professional outdoor mobile dielectric oil filtration system mounted on a leak proof base and installed and operated on a trailer. Adopting modern advanced techniques, it is mainly used for transformer oil dehydration and transformer oil degasification, and is also applicable to the purification of other electrical insulating liquids such as silicone fluids.
The ZYD-M process of this system can effectively increase and maintain the oil's dielectric strength, and achieve the removal of free and soluble water, free and dissolved air and gases as well as other particulate matter. The standard ZYD-M system is designed for processing oils in workshops, in storage tanks or directly in transformers (energized or de-energized transformers). This practical dielectric oil filtration system can be used as an independent vacuum source with integrated functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling, and its mobile trailer design enables flexible on-site operation in various working environments.

10. The machine adopts a double-infrared liquid automatic controller and pressure automatic-protector, which ensures the machine can work continuously online for 150 hours without manual operation, making it a reliable and highly automatic equipment.
11. Adopt an interlocked protective system that connects oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding dry heating, dry pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If any fault occurs, the machine will power off automatically.
