Q: How about your product technical service?
A: Our engineers are available for overseas machinery service. Please feel free to contact us anytime for technical inquiries. We will reply promptly until your questions are fully resolved. When necessary, we can dispatch our engineers to your site to provide on-site technical support.
Q: How long is the warranty period?
A: We provide a 2-year warranty for the equipment supplied in accordance with agreed specifications. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operation, valid from the system startup date.
Q: What is the estimated delivery lead time?
A: Lead time varies by product model, order quantity and special custom requirements.
For large oil purifier machines: about 10–20 days.
For test instruments and analyzers: about 5–10 days.

Common terms: 40% T/T advance deposit; balance to be paid by T/T before shipment when machines are ready.
