ZY-A series equipment adopts Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to realize full automation of the entire oil treatment process, and this professional cable oil purifier is specially designed for the purification of various insulating oils including transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, capacitor oil and cable oil, serving the power transmission and transformation equipment field, electric power departments and mining enterprises.
Through advanced oil treatment technology, the equipment recovers the dielectric strength of insulating oil by removing water, mixed gases and particulate impurities, and the cable oil purifier version is optimized for the physical and chemical characteristics of cable oil, ensuring the purification effect and service performance of cable oil.

- ZY-A series is a fully automatic intelligent operation equipment with the advantages of small volume, high purification efficiency, easy movement, and universal use for indoor and outdoor on-site operation.
- Equipped with a new type of electric heating system, featuring high heating efficiency, low heating load, uniform oil heating and low energy consumption, suitable for the heating treatment of cable oil and other insulating oils.
- Adopts a multi-stage precise filtration system, integrating molecular adsorption filtration and mesh filter decontamination technology to achieve deep removal of impurities in insulating oil.
- Configured with a high-efficiency stereo multi-stage vacuum system whose purification efficiency is 3-5 times higher than that of ordinary vacuum oil purifiers; it can effectively remove water, gases and other mechanical impurities from cable oil and various insulating oils, improve the voltage withstanding strength and oil quality, ensure the safe operation of power equipment, and is also equipped with a practical vacuum oiling function.
- Integrates automatic infrared liquid level control system, automatic constant temperature control system, automatic bubble elimination control system, automatic pressure protection system, automatic interlock protection system and high-efficiency degassing and water removal system to ensure the safe and high-performance operation of the equipment during long-term work.
- With novel structural design, compact layout, simple operation and support for online oil purification; it can realize unmanned operation and adapt to various complex on-site working environments.
- The ZYA series is equipped with an oil voltage withstanding test function, which can test the voltage withstanding condition of the purified oil and directly print the test results.
- The ZYB series can be used in conjunction with the BZ regeneration device to realize oil decolorization, acid removal, free carbon elimination and dielectric loss reduction, further improving the quality of waste cable oil and insulating oil.
