ZY Series Dielectric Oil Filtration Machine
Our ZY series adopts modular structure. Vacuum tank, filters, heater and control cabinet are independent matching components, so you only select the functions you need. It adopts cost-effective single-stage vacuum technology, fully removing water, gas and micro impurities to restore oil to standard quality. Rainproof housing, transport trailer and automatic control can be added without redesigning the whole unit.
Operational Advantages
All modular components support quick layout adjustment to fit narrow workshops, outdoor fixed foundations or trailer platforms. Connection with existing pipelines and power supply is simple, only basic tools and flat ground are required for installation.
Short purification cycles speed up oil reuse and cut power & labor costs. Dielectric Oil Filtration Machine with high-capacity filter elements, it captures particles down to 1μm with low pressure loss. Optimized flow design keeps stable throughput even under heavy pollution, extending filter replacement intervals and meeting standard transformer oil cleanliness standards.
