1. Connect the oil filter machine to the power supply and connect the inlet and outlet oil pipes. According to the process flow diagram, close all valves connected to the outside (1, 9, 10, 13, 16, 17), and open valves 2 and 4 (or 3 and 5, using two primary filters respectively, or simultaneously), 6, and 19 to form an oil filtration path.

2. Start the vacuum pump. When the vacuum degree reaches -0.07 MPa, slowly open the inlet valve 1 to allow oil to gradually flow into the oil filter machine.

3. Observe the oil level on the vacuum separator. When the oil level reaches the float control point, open the outlet ball valves 12 and 19.

4. Start the oil pump (Note: The oil pump can only be started when the outlet valve is open, otherwise it may cause a pipe burst hazard). The oil will then be discharged from the outlet, thus forming a circulating filtration system in the oil filter machine. Adjust the inlet ball valve 1 to achieve a basic balance between the inlet and outlet oil flow, after which the level controller will automatically control the flow.

5. Once the oil has completed normal circulation and filtration through the oil filter (i.e., the inflow and outflow oil volumes are balanced), the heater can be turned on. Set the temperature controller between 45~70℃ (adjust as needed) to maintain a constant temperature for heating the oil, ensuring proper degassing and dehydration by the vacuum separator.

6. After the oil filter is fully operational, turn on the fan on the cooler to activate the forced-air cooling system, ensuring that filtered water vapor and gases are cooled and deposited in the water reservoir within the cooler.

7. After a period of operation, samples can be taken for testing at the oil filter's sampling valve.

8. If the oil has a high water content and has formed an emulsion (i.e., emulsified oil), ball valve 7 can be opened, followed by closing ball valve 6, to allow the oil to pass through the water separator for demulsification and dehydration.

9. For oil requiring further treatment, a suitable amount of filter aid can be added to make the filtered oil clearer and more transparent.
