Integrated Purification Technologies
Rather than piecing together separate machines, the syst combines gravity separation, vacuum dehydration, coalescence and mechanical filtration into one streamlined unit.
High Dehydration and Demulsification Efficiency
Large volumes of free water are separated out, and trace moisture is stripped away so effectively that turbid, emulsified oil turns clear and transparent. The demulsification value drops to ≤15 minutes, restoring the oil to a condition where it can perform its lubricating and cooling roles again.
Preservation of Oil Chemistry
Vacuum dehydration is carried out at low temperatures, so moisture is removed without altering the oil's chemical makeup or damaging its additive package.
Safety Systems
Infrared liquid level control works alongside visual and audible alarms and pressure protection devices. The safety logic protects operators and equipment, allowing the Turbine Oil Purification Plant to run stably with minimal supervision.
