Features:
1. The hydraulic oil separation machine integrates three-dimensional evaporation technology, thin-film evaporation technology, and multi-stage oil-water separation technology, forming three interconnected purification chains.
2. First, breaking the emulsified state through multi-stage oil-water separation, then expanding the vaporization interface through three-dimensional evaporation, and finally thinning the oil film to a depth of 0.2mm for dehydration through thin-film evaporation.
3. When treating wind turbine gearbox oil, even if the initial water content is high, the hydraulic oil separation machine can stably output clean oil with water content below 100ppm, effectively preventing bearing pitting and gear bonding.
