Preparation

Confirm Oil Level: First, confirm the transformer's oil level and thoroughly clean the low-voltage side, high-voltage side, and grounding area of the transformer to ensure a clean operating environment.

Place the Oil Purifier: Place the oil purifier stably on a level surface, ensuring its location is easily accessible and stable to prevent movement or tilting during operation.

Check Oil Level Line: Confirm the oil level line on the oil purifier and add sufficient filter media, such as filter paper or filter elements, as needed to ensure adequate oil supply and effective filtration during operation.

Handling Contaminated Oil

Observe the oil quality: Observe the color and whether the transformer insulating oil is cloudy through the oil gauge. If the transformer oil quality is low, contains impurities or water, oil filtration is required.

Check the environment: Check the environment around the transformer to ensure sufficient power supply, and open the transformer's oil inlet to allow oil flow during the filtration process.

Oil Purifier Start-up Operation

Connect the power supply: Following the instructions on the control panel, connect the power plug securely, turn on the power, and adjust the oil inlet and outlet ports to ensure unobstructed oil flow.

Start the main power: After starting the main power, adjust parameters such as starting speed, cleaning, and oil filtration pressure according to actual needs and the performance of the oil purifier. Generally, it is recommended to control the starting speed between slow and medium speed to ensure effective oil filtration.

Wait for filtration: Wait for the purifier medium to flow into the oil purifier and observe whether the outflowing oil is clean. When the outflowing oil reaches the standard of being clear and free of impurities, the oil filtration process is complete.

Check the seals: Before starting the oil purifier, ensure that all components are properly sealed to prevent oil leakage or air intrusion.
