Products Description
This hydraulic filter press machine uses a hydraulic ram to compress a stack of filter plates, separating solid impurities from pressed crude vegetable oil, waste cooking oil, industrial wastewater and biodiesel feedstocks. Filter areas range from 1 m² to 60 m², and the standard operating pressure is 0.4 MPa. An optional membrane squeezing stage and air-blowing function further dry the cake after the initial filtration cycle, reducing moisture content by an additional 10–15%.

Features
- Symmetrically arranged hydraulic cylinders apply even clamping force across the full plate surface, preventing plate distortion during continuous production and extending the service life of both plates and seals.
- Multiple feed ports distribute the slurry evenly instead of feeding from a single point, cutting the time needed to fill the chambers and increasing daily throughput.
- An internal flow channel design removes dead zones inside the plates, allowing filtrate to drain smoothly and preventing liquid back-up that slows the filtration cycle.
- After the primary cycle, a membrane squeeze and an air-blowing step strip residual capillary moisture, producing a crumbly cake that costs less to transport and dispose of.
- A central air-blowing connection clears sticky deposits from the feed pipelines between batches, preventing inlet clogging and reducing manual pipe cleaning.
- The plate opening provides enough vertical clearance for the cake to drop freely without scraping against the cloth, extending the service life of the filter cloth.
- A linked automatic discharge mechanism releases the cake without manual labour, and the integrated control system allows parameter setting and start-up from a single panel, supporting unattended operation.
