Series TY-W Fully Enclosed Turbine Oil Treatment Machine
TY-W is a fully enclosed turbine oil treatment machine equipped with professional dust and waterproof devices, specially engineered for the on-line processing of turbine oil for steam turbines, gas turbines and water turbines in electricity, chemicals, paper making and metallurgical industries.
This high-performance turbine oil treatment machine not only ensures the stable operation of oil adjustment and lubrication systems in industrial equipment, but also realizes efficient purification of low viscosity oil and coolant oil, adapting to multi-scenario industrial oil treatment needs.

TY-W is fitted with a professional dust and waterproof device, suitable for harsh industrial working environments with dust and moisture.
TY-W turbine oil treatment machine is equipped with dedicated dustproof and waterproof housing. The sealed outer structure shields internal components from dust, rain and humid air, so the machine can run steadily all year round in outdoor power maintenance stations and wet industrial workshops without additional protective covers.
Built-in specialized water separator thoroughly strips free tiny moisture and visible large water beads out of emulsified turbine oil, restoring the oil to clear and transparent status. Large-depth filter materials intercept micro impurities effectively, eliminating the need for separate oil system cleaning tools and fully meeting official turbine oil pollution control standards.
Combined infrared and float ball liquid level monitoring devices simplify daily operation and cut human operating errors. A complete interlock protection system links core components including oil pump and heater; the unit will automatically shut down upon abnormal conditions to stop dry pumping, liquid leakage and electric hazards.
Instead of troublesome water cooling pipelines, the built-in air cooling unit rapidly condenses mixed gas from distillation parts, greatly prolonging the vacuum pump's service cycle. Supporting low-noise oil pump delivers smooth fluid circulation and lessens noise interference during long-hour on-site work.
This turbine oil treatment machine supports both online continuous purification and independent off-site treatment for steam turbine and water turbine oil. It also handles contaminated hydraulic oil and other low-viscosity lubricants loaded with excessive water and fine particles to satisfy diverse power equipment maintenance needs.
