TYB Fuel Oil Purification System
The TYB fuel oil purification system is a highly efficient oil purification device specifically designed to remove free water, emulsified water, and solid particulate contaminants from light fuel oils (such as diesel and kerosene). Its core principle relies on the synergistic operation of filter elements with two distinct functions-"coalescence" and "separation." Without the need for heating, it rapidly breaks down the oil-water emulsion interface at room temperature, causing microscopic water droplets to coalesce and settle. Its dehydration rate ranks among the top in China for similar products, achieving three-phase separation of oil, water, and solids. The TYB fuel oil purification system features a cart-mounted design, offering flexible mobility and convenient operation, allowing for easy relocation to different sites as needed. It is primarily used for the rapid purification of high-water-content oils such as aviation fuel, gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and low-viscosity lubricating oils, efficiently removing water and impurities to ensure the safe and reliable operation of oil-using equipment.

Features
1. The pipeline and water tank of the purifier can be stainless steel or carbon steel.
2. The oil-water interface detector is used to monitor the water level and discharge water automatically.
3. The electrical system is controlled by PLC (with touch screen). The working status of each component is clear at a glance. Monitoring, alarm, action control and safe shutdown make the oil filter run online.
