Products Description
The TYR-Ex is a diesel oil decoloration machine that circulates darkened diesel, light industrial oils and waste base oils through a column of adsorbent media, stripping out colour bodies, oxidation residues and carbon fines in a single pass. Standard units handle 200 to 2000 litres per hour depending on the oil type and contamination level. A vacuum dehydration stage removes moisture and dissolved gases in the same process loop. The flameproof electrical enclosure is certified for ATEX/IECEx Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas.

Advantages
- The adsorbent bed removes the polymerised compounds and acidic residues that form during extended storage or thermal stress, restoring the oil to a light, transparent appearance that meets the visual specification for resale or further blending.
- An integrated vacuum chamber and multi-stage filter train pull moisture content below 100 ppm and capture solid particles, delivering dry, clean oil suitable for fuel injection systems or hydraulic circuits.
- The diesel oil decoloration machine uses only physical adsorption and vacuum separation. No chemical additives enter the oil stream, so the treated fuel retains its original molecular composition and any remaining additive package.
- The diesel oil decoloration machine works best with diesel, kerosene, light hydraulic oils and waste base oils. Heavy fuel oils, crude and very viscous streams above 460 cSt are not suitable; for these fluids, pre-heating or a different treatment technology is recommended.
