The TYB unit uses coalescing cartridges to gather microscopic water droplets into larger drops that settle and drain, pulling free and emulsified water out of light fuels and low viscosity lubricants without heating the oil. Integrated filter media then trap solid particles, delivering clean, dry oil that meets the cleanliness levels required for fuel injection systems and precision hydraulic circuits.

• Condensation in diesel and kerosene storage tanks often creates tight emulsions that are difficult to break without heat. Coalescing cartridges inside the TYB merge these fine water droplets at ambient temperature, allowing gravity to pull them out and bringing moisture content down to 100 ppm or below.
