The TYB diesel fuel polishing machine uses a coalescing separation chamber to merge fine water droplets in diesel into larger drops that settle out, combined with three filter stages that trap solid particles in sequence. It removes free water and emulsified water at ambient temperature, and is built for light fuels including diesel, kerosene, aviation fuel and low‑viscosity lubricating oils.

• Condensation in diesel storage tanks creates stable water‑in‑fuel emulsions that cause injector fouling and microbial growth. The coalescing separation chamber breaks these emulsions without heat, pulling moisture down to 100 ppm or below.
• Three stages of graded media capture dirt, rust and sediment. Coarser particles are stopped by the primary and secondary filters, while the fine filter traps contaminants down to 6 µm, protecting the close‑tolerance components in common‑rail injectors and fuel metering units.
• The motor and control enclosure can be supplied in explosion‑proof configuration, allowing safe operation in fuel handling areas where flammable vapours are present.
