Application

TYB Coalescer-Separator
TYB Coalescer-Separator is designed based on the principle of coalescing separation, incorporating a high-performance coalescing separation filter element that integrates precision filtration with efficient demulsification and dehydration functions. It requires no heating and can quickly break down the oil-water emulsion interface at room temperature, causing tiny water droplets to coalesce and settle. Its dehydration speed ranks among the top in similar domestic products.
Even in extreme conditions with an oil-water ratio as high as 1:1 (such as severely emulsified oil with a "half oil, half water" composition), it can quickly separate large amounts of free water and emulsion water in one pass. The cleanliness of the treated oil reaches NAS 1638 Class 6 standard, meeting high cleanliness requirements. The entire machine adopts a trolley-type structure, making it flexible to move and easy to operate, allowing for easy relocation. It is mainly used for the rapid purification of high-water-content oils such as aviation fuel, gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and low-viscosity lubricating oils, efficiently removing moisture and impurities and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of oil-using equipment.
