ZY-M is an outdoor mobile vacuum transformer oil purifier fitted with a long-distance movable trailer and a weather-proof, dust and water-resistant enclosure, and this professional dielectric oil purifying machine is tailored for the purification of various electrical insulating oils including transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil and capacitor oil.
It is widely applied in the power transmission and transformation equipment field, electric power departments and mining enterprises. The core purification process of this dielectric oil purifying machine can effectively recover the oil's dielectric strength by removing free water, dissolved gases and particulate impurities in insulating oil, ensuring the stable and safe operation of all kinds of power equipment.

- ZY-M series is an outdoor mobile type equipment with compact size and high purification efficiency; equipped with a dedicated trailer, it realizes easy movement and flexible deployment, which is especially suitable for outdoor on-site oil treatment operations.
- Adopts a new type of electric heating system with high heating efficiency, low heating load, uniform oil heating and low energy consumption, which perfectly matches the heating process requirements of various dielectric oils.
- Configures a multi-stage precise filtration system, integrating molecular adsorption filtration and mesh filter decontamination technology to achieve deep removal of fine impurities in insulating oil.
- Equipped with a high-efficiency stereo multi-stage vacuum system whose purification efficiency is 3-5 times higher than that of ordinary vacuum oil purifiers; it can thoroughly remove water, gases and other mechanical impurities from insulating oil, improve the voltage withstanding strength and oil quality, and is also equipped with a practical vacuum oiling function for power equipment.
- Integrates automatic infrared liquid level control system, automatic constant temperature control system, automatic bubble elimination control system, automatic pressure protection system, automatic interlock protection system and high-efficiency degassing and water removal system to ensure the safe and high-performance long-term operation of the equipment.
- With novel structural design, simple operation and online oil purification function, it can realize unmanned operation and adapt to various complex outdoor working environments such as high temperature, dust and humidity.
- The ZYA series is equipped with an oil voltage withstanding test module, which can test the dielectric strength of the purified oil and directly print the test results on site.
- The ZYB series can be used in conjunction with the BZ regeneration device to realize oil decolorization, acid removal, free carbon elimination and dielectric loss reduction, further improving the recycling and reuse value of waste dielectric oil.
