Trailer Chassis Design
The unit is mounted on a road-legal trailer frame with support legs for fast leveling and fixation after transit. Single or double axle shock absorption buffers road vibration during transport to protect precision internal parts including vacuum pumps and filter tanks. The whole unit can be towed to scattered sites, eliminating the need to purchase multiple stationary oil purifiers.
Fully Enclosed Weather & Dust Resistant Cabinet
Double side swing doors fully seal all internal equipment against rain, dust and sunlight. No extra shelter construction is required for open-air substations, making it suitable for unattended remote sites. The door design enables easy access for inspection and maintenance of internal pumps, filter tanks and control pipelines.
Integrated Complete Purification Assembly
The cabinet comes pre-assembled with vacuum separation tank, multi-stage precision filter cartridges, vacuum sets, oil transfer pumps and temperature control pipelines. Fully tested before delivery, the unit only requires oil pipe and power connection for on-site operation.
