The ZYD-A On‑site transformer oil processing machine combines a dual-stage vacuum system with PLC-controlled heating, filtration and condensate drainage to dehydrate, degas and filter insulating oils in one continuous cycle. It handles transformer oil, silicone fluids and other dielectric liquids, and can run on energized or de-energized equipment. Standard flow rates range from 600 to 9,000 litres per hour.

• A rotary vane pump backed by a Roots booster pulls the vacuum chamber down to -0.08 to -0.099 MPa. At that pressure, water and dissolved gases boil off at moderate oil temperatures, so the oil gives up its moisture without thermal stress. A single pass typically lifts the breakdown voltage past 75 kV and drops the moisture content below 3 ppm.
• The PLC watches oil level, temperature, vacuum and filter pressure through a double infrared sensor. If any reading drifts outside the safe band, the machine shuts itself down. This is what makes unattended runs of up to 150 continuous hours practical-the operator sets the cycle, walks away, and comes back to processed oil.
• Aged oil and high-viscosity fluids tend to foam under deep vacuum. The built-in anti-foam control stabilises the vacuum and stops oil from being pulled into the vacuum pump, which reduces the unplanned maintenance that foam carry-over causes.
• Filter housings take standard 5 µm, 20 µm and 80 µm cartridges. When the differential pressure reaches the change-out point, the controller flags it. Swapping the elements is a routine task that fits into a normal maintenance window.
• The base machine can be ordered as a stationary skid, a mobile trailer-mounted unit, or with explosion-proof certification for hazardous areas.
