The ZYD‑A transformer oil processing equipment integrates a dualstage vacuum system comprising a primary rotary vane pump and a Roots booster pump. This combination achieves an ultimate vacuum of ‑0.08 to ‑0.099 MPa, significantly lowering the boiling point of water and dissolved gases. At controlled oil temperatures of 20‑80°C, the system efficiently strips free water, emulsified moisture, and dissolved gases without thermally degrading the oil.
