Using the right methods ensures your oil filter is used to its fullest potential:
① Let it stand before filtering: Let the waste oil stand for 1-2 hours to allow large particles to settle, reducing filter clogging.
② Clean the outer casing regularly: Wipe the machine body clean after each use to prevent oil buildup, especially for plate and frame filter media, which are prone to accumulating dirt.
③ Avoid overpressure operation: Do not exceed the equipment's rated capacity. For example, forcibly increasing the flow rate of a centrifugal oil filter may cause the motor to overheat.
