TY-M is an outdoor mobile turbine oil purification equipment equipped with a trailer for long-distance movement and on-site operation, specially engineered for turbine oil purification in electric power, metallurgical and chemical engineering industries.
This high-performance turbine oil purification equipment excels at emulsion breaking, dehydration and deep impurity removal, which can effectively eliminate moisture, gas, impurities, soap, gelatin, acid, pigment and metal particulates in emulsified turbine oil, low-viscosity lubricating oil and turbine oil for other machinery and electric power equipment. It significantly improves oil quality and ensures the stable and normal operation of generator sets' adjustment and lubrication systems, realizing on-site and online purification of industrial turbine oil.

- TY-M is designed as an outdoor mobile type with a trailer and weather proof enclosure, suitable for various outdoor on-site working conditions.
- It has a strong dehydration and emulsion breaking ability, easily separating both large water droplets and micro moisture from waste oil. With a special emulsion breaking device (water separator), emulsified oil can be treated and restored to a transparent state.
- It features powerful impurity removal performance: large-area and deep precision filtration materials can eliminate micro particles from waste oil, which can replace the oil system cleaning device, restore heavily polluted oil systems and meet the Operating Turbine Oil Pollution Control Standard.
- It realizes highly automatic, safe and reliable operation. This model is equipped with a float ball level automatic control device that achieves fully unmanned automatic operation, ensuring simple and stable equipment running.
- Thus, the TY series is specially suitable for filtering turbine oil, hydraulic oil and other low-viscosity oils that contain a large amount of water or micro particles and require precise processing.
- An advanced infrared oil level control system and a pressure protection device make the operation simple and safe, effectively reducing human operation errors.
- It can purify all kinds of turbine oil used in steam turbines and water turbines with online and onsite operation modes.
- Air cooling system cools down the air and gases from the flash distillation column, extending the service life of the vacuum pump and avoiding the inconvenience of traditional water cooling.
- Adopts an interlocked protective system that connects the oil pump, heater and oil level sensor, preventing dry pumping, oil leakage and electric leakage. The machine will power off automatically in case of any fault, maximizing operation safety.
