Products Description
The TY-M Turbine Oil Puriification Equipment is a trailer-mounted turbine oil purification system with a weather-sealed enclosure, combining vacuum dehydration and 1µm absolute filtration to remove water, gas and fine particles from turbine lubricants. It moves between substations, power plants and industrial sites to condition oil on location without permanent installation at each asset.

- Large-surface depth filter media trap metal fines, sludge and colloidal deposits down to 1 µm absolute, meeting turbine oil cleanliness requirements and reducing particulate-induced wear on close-tolerance components.
- An integrated air‑cooled condenser eliminates the need for on‑site cooling water, while float-type level control and interlock protection enable fully unattended continuous operation.

Q: How to choose the right flow rate model?
A: Normally the treatment flow shall be 10%‑20% of the total oil volume of turbine oil tank. For example, for 5000L oil tank, 500‑1000L/h model is preferred. For online continuous operation, select relatively higher flow rate. For offline periodic purification, lower flow rate is acceptable.
Q: What alarms does the machine have?
A: Over‑temperature protection, over‑pressure alarm, vacuum abnormal alarm, filter blockage differential‑pressure alarm, low oil level protection, phase‑loss and overload motor protection.
Q: What regular maintenance items are required?
A: 1. Check and replace filter elements according to pressure difference alarm value.
2. Clean water collection chamber and drain water periodically.
3. Maintain vacuum pump oil level, replace vacuum pump oil regularly.
4. Check heating system, sealing rings and pipeline for leakage.
