Application

This double-stage vacuum Transformer Oil Treatment Machine clears moisture, gas and dirt particles out of transformer oil and silicone insulating liquid to boost insulation performance. The versatile Transformer Oil Treatment Machine can process oil in workshops and storage tanks, and carry out on-site filtration for both powered and offline transformers. It can also work as an independent vacuum unit to dry electrical gear and inject oil under vacuum.

Product Features

• It uses a matched set of vacuum pump and roots pump to create high vacuum, making residual water in processed oil less than 3 ppm. Degassing, water removal and impurity filtering can be completed in one cycle.
• The interlocking safety system links heater, oil pump and liquid level sensor. It will power off automatically when malfunctions happen, and support 150 hours of unattended continuous operation.
• There is an automatic anti-foam device and filter clogging detection built inside. Optimized internal structure cuts power use and guarantees stable long-hour operation.
