Series TY-C High-Efficiency Turbine Oil Regeneration Unit with Coalescer and Separator Filter
TY-C is a professional turbine oil regeneration unit integrated with coalescer and separator filter, pre-filter, oil heater, vacuum pump, vacuum vessel and fine filter.
This integrated turbine oil regeneration unit is specially applied to turbine oil purification in electric power, metallurgical and chemical engineering industries, excelling at emulsion breaking, dehydration and removing moisture, gas, impurities, soap, gelatin, acid, pigment and metal particulates in emulsified turbine oil, low-viscosity lubricating oil and turbine oil for other machinery and electric power equipment. It effectively improves and regenerates oil quality, ensuring the stable and normal operation of generator sets' adjustment and lubrication systems.

Features
- TY-C is core-equipped with professional coalescer and separator filter, realizing efficient oil-water separation and deep impurity removal.
- Powerful dehydration separates micro moisture and large water droplets, restoring emulsified oil to clear status. Deep precision filters remove tiny particles to meet turbine oil pollution standards and replace traditional oil system cleaning tools.
- Equipped with infrared/float ball liquid level controllers, pressure protection and interlock system linking pump, heater and sensor. It supports 24h unattended running and auto power-off upon faults to avoid dry pumping, oil and electric leakage.
- Air-cooled condensation extends vacuum pump service life without troublesome water cooling. Low-noise oil pump delivers steady running and lowers site noise pollution.
- Suitable for online purification and regeneration of turbine oil, hydraulic oil and other water-contaminated low-viscosity lubricants used in steam and water turbines.
