Moisture, dirt and dissolved gases can build up in transformer oil during operation and maintenance, affecting its insulating performance. If the oil is not properly treated, it can increase the risk of transformer problems and unplanned shutdowns.
Our Transformer Oil Treatment Equipment is designed for on-site transformer oil treatment. It combines a two-stage high-vacuum system with multi-stage fine filtration to remove moisture, dissolved gases and solid contaminants from the oil.
The two-stage high-vacuum system removes moisture and dissolved gases from transformer oil, while the multi-stage fine filters remove solid particles and other impurities.
Under normal treatment conditions, moisture content can be reduced to below 3 ppm. The dielectric strength of the treated oil can be restored to meet applicable international standards.
