Oil purifier maintenance should be approached from five core dimensions:

1. Daily Cleaning: Wipe the outer casing weekly to remove oil stains (to avoid clogging the heat dissipation holes), check the pipe sealing monthly (to prevent leakage), and clean electrical components after disconnecting the power (in humid environments, it is recommended to install a moisture-proof cover).

2. Filter Element Maintenance: Replace the filter every 3-6 months depending on the degree of oil contamination (refer to ISO 4406 standard). When replacing, drain the residual oil and clean the filter cartridge. Note that 5μm filter elements are suitable for hydraulic oil, and 10μm elements are suitable for gear oil.

3. Key Component Maintenance: Check the sealing rings quarterly (fluororubber material is recommended), add SKF LGHP 2 grease to the bearings every 2000 hours, and regularly check the vacuum pump oil level for vacuum oil filters (replenish when it is below 1/3 of the sight glass).

4. Oil Monitoring: Quarterly testing of moisture content (≤0.05%) and acid value (≤0.5mg KOH/g, according to GB/T 11133). Operating oil temperature should be controlled between 40-60℃ to prevent oxidation.

5. Long-Term Shutdown Management: Before shutdown, drain the oil circuit. Run the unit under no-load for 10 minutes monthly. Storage environment humidity must be ≤70%. For special models such as centrifugal types, pay attention to rotor balance; for plate and frame types, thoroughly clean the filter cloth.
