TY-Ex is an explosion-proof turbine oil restoration machine with certified explosion-proof classes of ExdBT4 and ExdCT4, which can fully meet the safety operation requirements in various dangerous industrial environments.

- This turbine oil restoration machine delivers outstanding dehydration and emulsion breaking capacity to separate macro water droplets and trace moisture thoroughly. Built-in dedicated water separator recovers cloudy emulsified oil into clear liquid. Large-area deep filter media removes tiny solid contaminants, restoring severely contaminated oil systems and fully complying with standard turbine oil pollution control requirements.
- Fitted with float ball and infrared dual oil level controllers plus pressure protection devices, the unit supports long-term unattended running and cuts manual operation errors. The interlock system links oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor to stop dry pumping, oil leakage and electric leakage. It triggers automatic power shutdown under abnormal faults to guarantee maximum operational safety.
- Equipped with an independent air cooling condensation structure, it cools exhaust gas from flash distillation columns to prolong vacuum pump lifespan, eliminating cumbersome water cooling pipelines. The matched low-noise oil pump provides steady fluid circulation and effectively lowers noise interference during field operation.
- Customized for purifying and regenerating turbine oil, hydraulic oil and other low-viscosity lubricants mixed with excessive water and micro impurities. It supports both online continuous processing and independent on-site treatment for steam and water turbine oil, perfectly adapting to diverse field maintenance scenarios.
