TY Turbine Oil Purifier | High-Efficiency Turbine Oil Cleaning
Series TY oil conditioning unit serves as a specialized processing device built to refresh aged turbine lubricants, catering to continuous on-site fluid maintenance demands across power generation plants, metallurgy foundries and chemical processing facilities.
Designed to resolve common oil degradation issues on power equipment, this unit breaks stable oil-water emulsions, draws out dissolved and free water, and filters out fine solid contaminants. It clears colloidal deposits, acidic substances, metal debris and discolorants trapped within contaminated low-viscosity turbine fluids. After full processing, the lubricant regains stable physical and chemical indicators, protecting generator control and lubrication systems from wear and malfunctions. Operators can deploy the unit either for uninterrupted inline servicing while turbines run, or offline independent treatment for both steam and water turbine lubrication circuits.

Features
Built with a dedicated water separating assembly, the unit quickly separates visible bulk water and invisible micro moisture trapped inside aged lubricant. Cloudy emulsified turbine fluid will regain clear transparency after processing, laying a solid foundation for complete turbine oil cleaning and eliminating water-induced wear on power unit parts.
Wide-coverage deep filter media intercepts tiny solid contaminants suspended in oil thoroughly. It works as an all-in-one substitute for separate pipeline cleaning tools, reviving heavily contaminated oil loops and fully complying with standard requirements for turbine oil pollution control.
Combining float ball sensors and infrared oil level detectors plus pressure protection parts, the whole workflow barely needs manual supervision. The design cuts human operating errors and delivers steady, long-running purification for turbine oil, hydraulic fluid and other water-laden low-viscosity lubricants.
The matched interlock setup connects oil pump, heating component and liquid level sensor to stop dry pumping, oil spillage and electric leakage. The machine will automatically cut power once any abnormal status appears, offering round-the-clock safety protection during long-hour on-site oil conditioning.
Different from troublesome water cooling pipelines, the built-in air cooling unit condenses mixed gas from flash distillation units to prolong vacuum pump service life. Equipped with a low-noise oil pump for smooth circulation, the whole machine brings convenient, reliable oil treatment for various power plant maintenance scenarios.
