Products Description
The TY series Turbine Oil Cleaning combines vacuum dehydration, demulsification and 1µm absolute filtration to remove water, gas and fine particles from turbine lubricants, delivering residual moisture ≤50 ppm and gas content ≤0.1% after treatment. It can be connected for inline oil conditioning while turbines remain in service or used offline as a standalone batch purifier.

Features
- A dedicated demulsification and water-separation assembly breaks cloudy oil‑water emulsions, restoring lubricant transparency and preventing moisture‑induced wear on bearings and governor parts.
- Vacuum dehydration under ‑0.06 to ‑0.098 MPa reduces dissolved water to ≤50 ppm and entrained gas to ≤0.1%, using an adjustable heating range from 0 to 100°C.
- Graded filter media trap colloidal deposits, metal debris and sludge down to 1µm absolute, bringing turbine oil cleanliness in line with standard contamination control requirements.
- An air‑cooled condenser replaces external cooling water lines, cutting installation work and protecting the vacuum pump during continuous processing.
